basic language
[aka Grundsprache] According to Daniel Paul Schreber, the basic language is the language spoken by god and the souls being in the process of purification or having finished it. Essentially, the basic language consists of a somewhat dated and ponderous German. Most words from the basic language have an ironic meaning or are euphemisms. Expressions like soul murder, front courts of heaven or in account of him, who is and will be are quintessential for the basic language. Closely related to the basic language is the nerves language (Nervensprache). |
